I really enjoyed to be in this place. My stay was excellent on a visit to León. The hotel had unbeatable location next to museums, the common areas and the commercial centre. And it was at a medium distance from El Corte Ingles, ate there couple of times: D

Convenient location - within walking distance of El Cortes Ingles. Shopping area with restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel.

What I liked most was the value for money and location. It is right in front of El Corte Inglés so to buy anything came great, inside the mall there is a cafeteria that is very good in which we have breakfast every day. We had the city center very close so we took the opportunity to walk to the Romantic neighborhood and we took some wines (with its cover) and we did not have to be attentive to the car. We liked that there was no noise, I do not know if it was because we touched the seventh floor, away from the elevator or because in general there is not much noise.
The only problem I have is that, despite having gone at the end of December and not having put the heating on, it was quite hot, so we had very sudden temperature changes and you can get something bad.

The hotel is very good, the workers we deal with are very friendly at all times. The room was spacious, it has a small fridge with a minibar, a big bed and a bathroom that is also quite spacious. Nearby there are pharmacies, supermarkets.. The parking costs 11 ? per day and we were given the option to leave it a few hours after the check-out if we needed it without additional cost, a detail.
The location, although not entirely bad, is not ideal for exploring the typical areas. It is about 15-20 minutes from the cathedral, not excessive, but to take into account that on cold days you can make a long walk back. I also didn't like that they sent an email "inviting" you to put a note or another at the time of valuation, the hotel has enough category and some workers at the height so that the guests give a good score without the need of additional reminders ;).

The bathroom was fairly clean in the well-furnished room. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from Barrio Humedo.- The check-in process was smooth and there is parking available on site.

Situation very close to the center, wet neighborhood, cathedral, etc. Room (515) large, comfortable bed, good wifi connection, good cleaning. Very good attention of the staff, especially in the restaurant. Very good dinner and very good price. Good breakfast buffet. This time I didn't use the parking lot because we found space right next to the hotel, but it's very good and at a good price. Good value for money. It is a good hotel in which I have been in several occasions and of course I will repeat.
My only comments would be about the bathroom. The magnifying mirror is a little high and at least for us it was difficult to use it, the light in the bathroom is scarce, maybe you could put only the two lights closer to the mirror with a little more power, and personally I would have appreciated a shower tray instead of a bathtub.

hotel is good, good location, 4 minutes from the historical center of the city. room has everything you need and bathroom is complete. It is relatively new. We couldn't have dinner at the hotel because the kitchen is closed on Sunday, girl at the reception gave us good advice on where to go for dinner and she was right. breakfast was well supplied, without exaggerating but it was correct. the rooms were quiet.
access to the parking lot, for me is not a problem because I drive well and car is wide, Toyota Rav4 5 doors, for other people it can be complicated because it is a circular access of 2 underground plates... may cost a little. Other than that, I don't remember anything significant, generally speaking everything is correct, neither fabulous nor horrendous. I would sleep in the same hotel again.

Location: 10-15 min walk from both the Cathedral (and bar area) and bus station -Breakfast: Buffet type, quite complete and varied, they replenish frequently and girl who received us was very attentive to anything you might need. Bedroom: In our case on the 8th floor, great views, spacious, comfortable bed and plenty of storage space.
The experience in general was very good, but I would like to mention 3 details that could be improved:. -Insonorization: You could hear some noise from other rooms and from the corridor, if you are a light sleeper it is probably annoying. -Elevators: Two quite small elevators (in theory each one had capacity for 6 people, but no way) that implied waiting in transit times (breakfast time or check-out). -Television: It is placed in a very bad place, at the same height as the bed (which makes it impossible to see it while lying down), it is quite a strange thing.

In a reasonable location overlooking a sports park and children's playpark. Opposite El Corte Ingles.
Restaurant menu/a la carte choices were fairly limited.

hotel has been known to us several times so there are no surprises. rooms are comfortable in general, bed and pillows in particular. There are plenty of sockets for mobiles, tablets and anything else that needs recharging. bathroom is also spacious and comfortable except for two details: lack of light and opening of the shower screen complicates access to the bathtub. truth is that they could change this one for a shower. Regarding the location. It is not in the "center".. yes, treated the distance in terms of Madrid and I explain. Walking at a good pace is about 15-20 minutes from the Cathedral so what gives you the opportunity is a good morning or afternoon walk to go and return walking to the areas of "Wet" or "Romantic". way you can get to know the city on foot. You don't need the car at all. Same distance to the shopping area in the centre. As for the parking, watch out for the resident's area as it is exclusively for them. That is, you can pay the ticket of the hour and be fined because you can not park in that area in restricted hours. Yes, only in those marked with a blue line. However, two blocks behind the hotel you can park in a non-restricted area without any problem. Finally... For breakfast, forget about the hotel. No hotel breakfast price justifies doing it in the little establishment. It's like the relationship between the popcorn and movie ticket. For breakfast go out to the street on the left and turn left again and a few badly counted eighty meters on the same sidewalk there is a bar (next to a shoe store) where you can eat a good tortilla skewer, some excellent mixed sandwiches or toast and coffee... for less than half the price of the hotel: cafeteria Ochoa. In addition, lady who attends is kindness personified.
